摘要

目前,在沙漠中铺设草方格是一种有效的治沙手段,因此设计一种沙漠中铺设固沙草方格智能一体化装置,从而提高沙漠治理的效率.本文主要介绍此固沙草方格建立的UG实体模型,并介绍了此装置的总体结构,具体分析了该装置的输送机构、步行机构、草席分离结构、插草机构以及传感器模块的使用,使用 C 语言设计了程序控制代码,论述了其工作原理.该铺设草方格智能一体化装置具有效率高,实用性强的特点.

Abstract

At present,laying grass checkerboard in desert is an effective means of sand control.Therefore,an intelligent integrated device for laying sand fixing grass checkerboard in desert is designed to improve the effi-ciency of desert control.This paper mainly introduces the UG solid model established by this sand-fixing grass grid,and introduces the overall structure of this device,and specifically analyzes the conveying mechanism,walking mechanism,grass mat separation structure,grass insertion mechanism and the use of sensor module of this device.The C language is used to design the program control code,and discusses its working principle.The intelligent integrated device has the characteristics of high efficiency and strong practicability.
