Study on Influence of Key Dimensions of Mounting Surface of Hand Brake on Loading
NSW-I hand brake is the main type of manual brake accessories for railway freight cars, which is mainly used for parking anti-slip and shunting operation, and is locked on the vehicle installation seat by ring groove rivet con-nection pair. There has been a long-standing inertia quality problem, which is qualified before loading and not alleviated after riveting. In order to improve the manufacturing level of parts and components and improve the qualified rate of load-ing,this paper mainly studies the structural characteristics of hand brake, analyzes the reasons for non-relief after bra-king,and establishes the simulation model of riveting and loading through finite element simulation analysis.further de-termine the influence of the deviation of the key dimensions of the parts on the loading. The analysis results show that when the dimension deviation of the mounting surface of the hand brake exceeds the limit, the parts are subjected to force failure and deformation after riveting, which leads to the failure of the hand brake and the unqualified products.Ensure the key dimensions of the installation surface, which can prevent the unrelieved loading.
