为了评定冲击力校准装置下压电式力传感器动态灵敏度的不确定度,首先介绍了基于空气轴承悬浮支撑的水平式质量块冲击碰撞的校准模型.然后通过激光绝对法复现加速度,进行了不同硬度的冲击头碰撞测试,最后对力传感器的动态灵敏度参数进行测量结果不确定度评定.试验结果表明,基于激光绝对水平冲击法的力传感器灵敏度不确定度为Urel=1.0%,(k=2),满足对动态力传感器的校准需求.
Evaluation and Analysis of Uncertainty in Sensitivity of Piezoelectric Force Sensors Using Impact Method
In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the dynamic sensitivity of piezoelectric force sensors under the impact force calibration device,a calibration model for horizontal mass block impact collision based on air bearing suspension support is first introduced.Then the acceleration is reproduced by the laser absolute method,and the impact test of the impact head with different hardness is carried out.Finally,the uncertainty of the measurement results of the dynamic sensitivity parameters of the force sensor is evaluated.The experimental re-sults show that the sensitivity uncertainty of the force sensor based on the laser absolute horizontal impact meth-od is Urel=1.0%,(k=2),which meets the calibration requirements for dynamic force sensors.
