基于振动激励的沥青路面压实系统动力学分析

为了研究沥青路面的阻尼和随动质量对振动加速度的影响规律,通过分析振动激励设备与沥青混合料的关系,建立二自由度动力学模型.以该模型为基础进行数学求解,得到了沥青混合料路面在接地工况下的振动加速度响应值表达式.运用Simulink对两种不同的振动激励设备进行模型仿真,得到的仿真结果表明:当达到稳态振动时振动轮加速度随时间变化波形呈正弦波;两种机型的振动加速度与路面刚度成正相关关系,其相关系数均在 0.97 以上.在同一刚度下,振动加速度随着阻尼的增大而减小,随着随动质量的增大而增大.研究结果均符合实际工程规律,并为后续研究沥青路面压实度连续检测技术奠定了基础.
Dynamic Analysis of Asphalt Pavement Compaction System Based on Vibration Eexcitation
In order to study the influence of damping and follow-up mass of asphalt pavement on vibration ac-celeration,a two-degree-of-freedom dynamic model was established by analyzing the relationship between vibra-tion excitation equipment and asphalt mixture.Based on this model,the mathematical solution is carried out,and the vibration acceleration response value expression of asphalt mixture pavement under grounding condition is obtained.Simulink is used to simulate two different vibration excitation devices,and the simulation results show that when the steady-state vibration is reached,the waveform of the vibration wheel acceleration changes with time and is a sine wave.The vibration acceleration of the two models is positively correlated with the pave-ment stiffness,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.97.At the same stiffness,the vibration acceleration de-creases with increasing damping and increases with the increase of the following mass.The research results are in line with the actual engineering rules,and lay a foundation for the subsequent research on the continuous detec-tion technology of asphalt pavement compaction.
