近年来中国城市轨道交通建设快速推进,地铁车辆已经成为城市人口最为常用的出行方式,地铁车辆的运行舒适度与安全性也越来越受到人们的关注。车辆内部的噪音是影响乘客体验的重要因素之一,因此车辆的隔音也是地铁车辆需重点考虑的技术指标。密封性是轨道交通车辆的重要性能,密封性能的优良与否直接影响到车辆的隔音、隔热,影响乘客舒适性,严重时甚至会造成车辆漏水,进而影响车辆的行车安全。本文基于车辆隔音与安全性能考虑,对地铁车辆的密封结构提出探究,讲述了多种适用于地铁车辆的密封方法及详细密封效果,对于地铁车辆的密封性能提升具有指导意义。
Study on Sealing Structure of Metro Vehicles
In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit in our country,Metro vehicles have become the most common travel mode for urban population.The noise inside the vehicle is one of the impor-tant factors that affect the passenger experience.Therefore,the sound insulation of the vehicle is also a key tech-nical index to be considered.Tightness is an important performance of rail transit vehicles,which directly affects the sound insulation and heat insulation of vehicles,affects the comfort of passengers,and even causes leakage of vehicles when it is serious,and then affect the safety of vehicles.Based on the consideration of vehicle noise insu-lation and safety performance,this paper probes into the sealing structure of metro vehicles,and describes vari-ous sealing methods and detailed sealing effects applicable to metro vehicles,it is instructive to improve the seal-ing performance of metro vehicles.
