The article expounds the perceived quality problems that may occur or can be found in the manufac-turing process of automotive interiors,such as damages,scratches,deformations,abnormal noises in the car,and improper size matching of parts.The article briefly analyzes the causes of the problems,and formulates cor-responding controlling measures and track verification,committed to intercepting all interior perceived quality problems in the vehicle manufacturing process,to avoid problems from escaping,so that the perceived quality of vehicle interiors can reach the quality requirements of users,thereby reducing the complaints of after-sales cus-tomers.
