本文通过对某车型后组合灯在试制期间起雾问题进行研究与分析,通过对不良件的外观检查、透气结构检查、气密检查和水密检查分析验证起雾原因,并全面系统检证灯具起雾与灯具结构的联系,从结构密封和焊接工艺等多方面分析引起后组合灯灯内起雾的影响因素,并通过过往起雾不良原因实绩提出后组合灯透气结构、螺丝安装结构及气密检测设备的改善提升建议,使后组合灯灯内起雾的发生概率进一步降低,来达到提升整车照明效果、行车安全及减少消费者对汽车质量的抱怨和质疑的目的。
Research on Fogging of Rear Combination Lamps in A Certain Passenger Vehicle
This paper conducts research and analysis on the fogging issue of the rear combination lamps of a certain vehicle model during the trial production stage.Through visual inspection of defective parts,examination of ventilation structures,air tightness testing,and water tightness testing,the causes of fogging are analyzed and verified.The paper comprehensively and systematically investigates the connection between fogging and the structure of the lamps,and ana-lyzes the influencing factors of fogging inside the rear combination lamps from various aspects,such as structural sealing and welding processes.Based on previous cases of fogging,suggestions are proposed for improving the ventilation struc-ture,screw installation structure,and air tightness testing equipment of the rear combination lamps,aiming to further re-duce the occurrence of fogging inside the lamps.The ultimate goal is to enhance overall vehicle lighting performance,im-prove driving safety,and reduce consumer complaints and doubts about the quality of automobiles.
