本研究以Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Ni系活塞铝合金为研究对象,通过不同含量的 Ti 元素的添加,制备了不同成分的试验合金。采用SEM和EDX等方法研究了不同Ti含量的添加对合金的组织的影响,采用常温和高温拉伸试验机研究了不同Ti含量的添加对合金的力学性能的影响,研究表明:Ti 元素的存在可以使合金的晶粒得到细化,合金的二次枝晶间距及初生Si的尺寸均随着Ti元素含量的增加而减小,且由于 Ti 元素所形成的沉淀相增加了活塞铝合金的强化相的联结性,从而增强了合金的力学性能;0。1%是最优化的Ti合金添加量。
The Influence of Ti Alloy on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Piston Aluminum Alloy
This study focuses on the Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Ni piston aluminum alloy and prepares experimental alloys with different compositions by adding Ti elements with different contents.The effects of different Ti contents on the micro-structure of the alloy were studied using SEM and EDX methods.The effects of different Ti contents on the mechanical properties of the alloy were studied using room temperature and high temperature tensile testing machines.The study showed that the presence of Ti element can refine the grain size of the alloy,and the secondary dendrite spacing and pri-mary Si size of the alloy decrease with the increase of Ti element content,Moreover,the precipitation phase formed by Ti element increases the connectivity of the strengthening phase of the piston aluminum alloy,thereby enhancing the me-chanical properties of the alloy;0.1%is the optimal amount of Ti alloy addition.
