多孔式水口在汽车用钢产线弧形连铸机上的应用

采用数值模拟的方法对比分析了直通式和多孔式水口对 300mm×340mm 连铸结晶器内钢液流场和温度场的影响;并通过在 300mm×340mm断面连铸机对多孔式水口大量试用研究表明,采用多孔式水口使得钢液热中心上移,增强了弯月面处的活跃程度,利于改善保护渣对坯壳在传热方面的作用,从而减轻了表面裂纹的产生;采用多孔式水口,在结晶器内钢液的冲击深度S冲浅了 72mm,混均时间 t 均及到达液面时间 t 到分别缩短了6。02s和 0。59s,铸坯成分偏析指数、夹杂物级别及氧含量都有一定程度地降低,即更利于钢液中成分的均匀化与夹杂物及气体的上浮。
Application of Multihole Nozzle In Arc Type Continous Caster for Automobile Steel Production Line
With using numerical simulation method,the effect of Straight Through Nozzle and Multihole Noz-zle on the flow field and temperature field of liquid in mold for casting 300mm×340mm bloom has been compared and analyzed.By means of a large number of trials on Multihole Nozzle of the 300mm×340mm continuous cast-ing machine,results show that the thermal center of liquid is moved up by the Multihole Nozzle,the activity of the meniscus is also enhanced,it's beneficial to improve the effect of the protective slag on the heat transfer of the shell and reduce the appearance of the surface cracks.Multihole Nozzle in the impact depth S 冲 is lowered 72mm,mixing time t均 and reaching the liquid level t 均 are reduced 6.02 and 0.59 seconds,the composition segregation index,inclusions level and oxygen content of cast billet were reduced to some extent,which is more favorable for the homogenization of components and the floatation of the inclusions and the gas.
