Research on Maintenance Operation Technology Based on Three Phase Asynchronous Motor
Three-phase asynchronous motors are widely used,and their maintenance core embedding technol-ogy is special and difficult to master.The theoretical motor winding expansion diagram is not very consistent with actual operating habits.In order to facilitate students to master the embedding technology in high-quality construction according to the diagram,the starting slot of the motor winding expansion diagram is improved to be the first slot,the winding head and tail are improved to be in the slot position of the effective edge,and the winding current direction is improved to be an actual instantaneous direction;Improve the complete maintenance technology of electric motors into five technical modules.Practice has proven that the improved method is effec-tive and efficient,and the performance of the repaired motor is stable.Beginners can efficiently and quickly mas-ter motor maintenance techniques through the improved method.
