集成式传动箱螺栓装配工艺仿真

集成式传动箱在装配过程中,附件的装配顺序以及螺栓的拧紧次序、拧紧力等装配参数会对集成式传动箱的受力状态产生影响。本文针对集成式传动箱附件装配顺序及螺栓预紧力进行有限元仿真,对装配过程中螺栓预紧导致的应力分布、应力最大值进行提取、对比,发现装配过程中应力最大值出现的位置。本文研究成果可对传动箱螺栓装配应力分析及装配工艺提供指导。
Simulation on Bolt Assembly Process of Integrated Transmission Box
During the assembly process of the integrated transmission box,the assembly sequence of accesso-ries,the tightening sequence of bolts,tightening force and other assembly parameters will affect the stress state of the integrated transmission box.In the present work,finite element analysis was carried out on the assembly sequence of integrated transmission box accessories and bolt pretightening force.The stress distribution and stress maximum value caused by bolt pretightening during the assembly process was extracted and compared and the location where the maximum stress value occurs was determined.The research results of this article can pro-vide guidance for the assembly stress analysis and assembly process of transmission box bolts.
