Research on Application of Technological Innovation in Engine Cylinder Head Quality Control
Quality control in the product stage will often produce high profit losses for enterprises,and quali-ty control through technological innovation in the early stage of product development will greatly enhance the de-velopment schedule and cost pressure of the project.Based on the theory of low cycle fatigue,the finite element method is used to simulate the engine cylinder head,and the risk area of cylinder head strength is found and com-pared with the test results.The results show that the results of simulation analysis are consistent with the test results,and the risk locations in the analysis are cracked in the test verification.This method can effectively pro-vide help for the quality control of engine cylinder head in the early stage of project development.
