技术创新在发动机缸盖质量控制中的应用研究

在产品阶段的质量控制往往都会给企业产生较高的利润损失,而在产品开发初期通过技术创新的质量控制会大大的提升项目的开发进度和成本压力.本文基于低周疲劳理论,利用有限元的方法对发动机气缸盖进行仿真分析,找到缸盖强度的风险区域,并与试验验证结果进行对比.结果表明,仿真分析的结果与试验结果一致,分析中存在风险的位置在试验验证中发生了开裂,此方法可以有效的在项目开发初期对发动机缸盖的质量控制提供帮助.
Research on Application of Technological Innovation in Engine Cylinder Head Quality Control
Quality control in the product stage will often produce high profit losses for enterprises,and quali-ty control through technological innovation in the early stage of product development will greatly enhance the de-velopment schedule and cost pressure of the project.Based on the theory of low cycle fatigue,the finite element method is used to simulate the engine cylinder head,and the risk area of cylinder head strength is found and com-pared with the test results.The results show that the results of simulation analysis are consistent with the test results,and the risk locations in the analysis are cracked in the test verification.This method can effectively pro-vide help for the quality control of engine cylinder head in the early stage of project development.
