基于轮毂电机的纯电动商用车动力系统匹配研究

本文首先对纯电动商用车的各种驱动类型进行了对比分析,其中轮毂电机驱动具有高效、灵活等显著优势,被认为是未来新能源商用车的重要发展趋势.本文以某轮毂电机驱动的商用车为具体研究对象,根据市场输入的车辆的参数与指标,对车辆在最高车速、最大爬坡度和 0~80km/h加速时间三种特定工况下的所需功率进行计算,完成轮毂电机的选型.同时,根据车辆的纯电动续航里程需求,确定了与之匹配的动力电池,从而获得了满足设计需求的整车动力系统设计方案.
Study on Power System Matching of Pure Electric Commercial Vehicles Based on In-wheel Motors
This article first compares and analyzes various drive types of pure electric commercial vehicles,a-mong which in-wheel motor drive has significant advantages such as high efficiency and flexibility,making it an important development trend of new energy commercial vehicles in the future.Taking a commercial vehicle driv-en by an in-wheel motor as the specific research object,this article calculates the required power of the vehicle under three specific conditions:maximum speed,maximum climbing ability,and acceleration time from 0 to 80 km/h based on the market input vehicle parameters and indicators,then completes the selection of the in-wheel motor.At the same time,based on the vehicle's pure electric driving range requirements,it identifies the matc-hing power battery and ultimately obtains a design plan for the whole vehicle power system that meets the design requirements.
