Overview and Analysis of Marine Engine Emission Regulation
This article introduces the the overall situation of marine engines in China,summarize the scope of application,emission limits,and current stages of marine engine emission standards in China,the US,the EU and the IMO.Analyze the first and second stages of GB15097-2016 from the implementation date and emission limits,and compare the current domestic marine engine standards with vehicle and non-road mobile machinery e-mission standards,as well as the current domestic and foreign marine engine standards,And propose considera-tions for the development trend of the third stage of domestic marine engine emission standards.Finally,propose several suggestions and measures to reduce ship emission pollution from aspects such as the formulation and im-plementation of emission standards,the establishment of NECA emission control zones,the application of ad-vanced technology and equipment,and clean energy.
