Research on Management of Hazardous Waste from Automotive Painting
In the automotive coating process,the main waste generated includes paint residue,phosphating residue,paint contamination,waste sealant,waste chemical drums,etc.In order to achieve compliance manage-ment of hazardous waste,enterprises should establish a sound hazardous waste management system,develop de-tailed hazardous waste classification and disposal plans,and strengthen hazardous waste monitoring to ensure that the amount,quality,and disposal methods of waste comply with relevant national standards.When taking hazardous waste disposal measures,priority should be given to reducing,recycling,or reusing to minimize the impact on the environment.For hazardous waste that cannot be reduced,recycled,or reused,disposal methods that meet national standards should be selected for treatment.
