如何提高销售服务质量成为汽车 4S店当前面临的新问题.本论文以 X汽车 4S 店为研究对象,采用minitab分析出影响汽车销售服务质量的关键因素,在此基础上采用六西格玛管理方法加以改善,从而促进汽车公司提高销售服务水平,为提高销售服务质量提供一定的理论依据.
Research on Improving Quality of Automobile Sales Service Based on Six Sigma
How to improve the quality of sales service has become a new problem that car 4 S stores are cur-rently facing.This paper takes A Automobile 4 S store as the research object,and uses Minitab to analyze the key factors that affect automobile sales services.Based on this,the Six Sigma management method is used to im-prove it,thereby promoting the improvement of sales service level in automobile companies and providing a cer-tain theoretical basis for improving sales service quality.
