汽车专业高水平应用型人才培养实践与研究——以《汽车电器与电子控制技术》为例

为满足汽车后市场发展需求,培养具有较强专业能力的高水平应用型人才,部分高校面向中职学校招生.由于对口高考学生与普通高考学生的培养模式存在差异,因此需对现有教学方法进行调整,以适应对口班学生的教育教学工作.课程改革以《汽车电器与电子控制技术》为例,结合对口班学生特点,采用理实结合的方法,优化教学模式;注重过程考核,提高学习效率;组建学习团队,营造互学促学良好氛围.基于创新型课改方案,开展汽车服务工程专业对口班学生的具体教学工作,并对考核结果进行分析总结,表明新型教学模式适合于对口班学生的教学需求.同时也需要对课程改革进行不断优化,为进一步深化课改思路,完善对口班学生教学模式,提供具有积极作用的实践经验.
Practice and Research on Cultivation of High-Level Applied Talents in Automotive Specialty——In the Regulation of"Automotive Electrical and Electronic Control Technology"
In order to meet the development needs of the automotive aftermarket and cultivate high-level application-oriented talents with strong professional ability,some colleges and universities recruit students from secondary vocational schools.Due to the difference in training mode between the counterpart students and the ordinary students,the existing teaching methods should be adjusted to adapt to the education and teaching work of the counterpart students.This course reform takes"Automotive Electrical appliances and Electronic Control Technology"as an example,combines the charac-teristics of students in the corresponding class,uses the method of combining truth and reality,and optimizes the teaching mode;Pay attention to process assessment,improve learning efficiency;Establish a learning team to create a good atmos-phere for mutual learning and promoting learning.Based on the innovative curriculum reform scheme,the specific teach-ing work of the counterpart class students of automotive service Engineering major was carried out,and the assessment results were analyzed,and the conclusions were drawn:The new teaching mode is more suitable for the teaching needs of the students in the pairing class,and it also needs to constantly optimize the curriculum reform,so as to further deepen the ideas of curriculum reform,improve the teaching mode of the students in the pairing class,and provide practical expe-rience with positive effects.
