基于当前液压与气动技术实验教学过程中存在问题,结合现代化软件特点与优势,构建了虚实结合的液压与气动技术实验教学体系.将三维与模拟仿真融入到实验教学当中,并将液压回路设计融入到典型液压系统设计实际案例当中,构建了虚实结合的液压与气动技术实验教学新模式,实现了多维度、全方位立体教学,提高了学生的工程技术能力.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology Based on Virtual-real Combination Experimental Teaching Reform
Based on the existing problems in the experimental teaching of hydraulic and pneumatic technolo-gy,combining the characteristics and advantages of modern software,the experimental teaching system of hy-draulic and pneumatic technology is constructed.Three-dimensional and simulation are integrated into the experi-mental teaching,and the hydraulic circuit design is integrated into the typical hydraulic system design practical cases,and a new model of hydraulic and pneumatic technology experimental teaching combining virtual-reality is constructed,which realizes multi-dimensional and all-round three-dimensional teaching and improves the engi-neering and technical ability of students.
