某选择性催化转化器的催化特性试验研究

在AVL 测试台架上进行发动机后处理试验,研究了不同选择性催化转化器(Selective Catalystic Reduction,SCR)上游温度、空速(Space Velocity,SV)、氨氮比下SCR的氨存储特性和NOx转化效率。结果表明,随SCR上游温度和空速增加,氨存储能力逐渐下降,175℃、20000h-1 空速时,氨存储最高,为 2981。68mg/L;NOx转化效率随SCR上游温度增加先升高后降低,随空速的增加而降低,在 300℃、20000h-1 空速时,该SCR有最高的转化效率,为 99%。
Experimental Study on Catalytic Performance of A Selective Catalytic Converter
Engine post-processing test on AVL test bench,the ammonia storage characteristics and NOx con-version efficiency of Selective Catalystic Reduction(SCR)at different upstream temperature,Space Velocity(SV)and ammonia-nitrogen ratio were studied.The results showed that the ammonia storage capacity decreased with the increase of SCR upstream temperature and airspeed,and the ammonia storage capacity was the highest at 175℃and 20000h-1 airspeed,which was 2981.68 mg/L,the SCR has the highest conversion efficiency(99%)at 300℃and 20000h-1 airspeed.
