以某型大涵道比涡扇发动机的研制需求为背景,以其整机滑油中断试验为研究对象,依据该型发动机滑油中断试验技术要求,在参考其他类型航空发动机滑油中断试验经验方法的基础上,对科研试车台设备系统进行滑油中断试验适应性改造。对试验方案、操作口令、应急预案、试验前后工作等内容进行研究,并从发动机性能参数、滑油系统参数、振动情况等试验结果进行总结分析,为该型发动机的研制提供了必要的技术支撑和试验依据,对后续该类型相关试验开展也具有参考意义。
Experimental Research On the Oil Interruption of Some Type of High Bypass Turbofan Engine
With the background of a high bypass turbofan engine development requirements,with the oil in-terruption test as the research object,according to the type of engine oil interruption test technical requirements,on the basis of reference to other types of aviation engine oil interruption test experience method,the research test equipment test adaptation.The test program,operation password,emergency plan,work before and after the test research,and from the engine performance parameters,oil system parameters,vibration and other test results are analyzed,for the development of the engine provides the necessary technical support and test basis,for the subsequent type of related test also has reference significance.
