车用空压机为轻型卡车提供制动气源,由于空压机为曲柄连杆机构,在运行过程中,可能会导致汽车在怠速运行时,出现振动大,噪声大的问题.汽车的减振降噪是消除环境中的噪声污染,提高用户舒适度的重要途径.解决轻型卡车振动大,噪声大的问题一方面可以通过降低发动机工作时的噪声,尤其是怠速下的噪声来实现,另一方面就是通过对汽车上可能产生噪声的空压机进行改进优化.本文论述了配合发动机,在保障发动机动力和空压机自身基本性能、功耗不变的前提下,通过增加空压机曲轴配重,增大曲轴平衡率来达到预期效果.
Discussion on Improving Vibration and Noise Reduction of Automotive Air Compressors
Automotive air compressors provide braking air for light trucks.Due to the use of a crank connect-ing rod mechanism,the operation of the air compressor may cause problems such as high vibration and noise when the car is idling.The vibration and noise reduction of automobiles is an important way to eliminate noise pollution in the environment and improve user comfort.To solve the problem of high vibration and noise in light trucks,on the one hand,it can be achieved by reducing the noise during engine operation,especially at idle speed.On the other hand,it can be achieved by improving and optimizing the air compressors that may generate noise in cars.This article discusses how to achieve the expected effect by increasing the crankshaft balance weight of the air compressor and increasing the crankshaft balance rate,while ensuring the basic performance and power consumption of the engine power and the air compressor,in conjunction with the engine.
