摘要
随着国内新能源汽车市场的爆发,各种新能源车型犹如雨后春笋般涌现出来,生产成本低,市场需求的快速变化,多规格小批量的订单,汽车零部件的柔性化生产显得越来越重要,工业机器人通过离线编程可以实现多种不同的运动轨迹和姿态,通过智能控制算法和高精度伺服电机的使用,可以达到较高的重复定位精度和重复路径精度,对实现汽车零部件机械加工的柔性化、智能化、自动化,提供了重要的工具.相比于传统汽车亮饰条的仿型铣机加工,机器人铣削加工具有人工成本低,灵活度高,一致性好等优点,可以有效地提升企业的综合竞争力.
Abstract
With the outbreak of the domestic new energy vehicle market,various new energy models have sprung up like after the rain,low production costs,fast changes in market demand,multi-specifications small batch orders,flexible production of automotive components seems to become more and more,it seems more and more and more.It is important that industrial robots can achieve a variety of different motion trajectories and at-titudes through offline programming.The use of intelligent control algorithms and high-precision servo motors can achieve high repetitive positioning accuracy and repeat path accuracy.The flexibility,intelligence,and auto-mation provide important tools.Compared with the machining of the traditional car bright trim,the robot mill-ing processing has the advantages of low labor costs,high flexibility,and good consistency,which can effectively improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
