Study on the Cause Analysis and measures of Typical Human Errors in Aviation Maintenance Based on HFACS-ME
Human factors are one of the main causes of errors in aviation maintenance,and mistakes made by aviation maintenance personnel can seriously affect flight safety and company operational efficiency.The paper e-lucidates relevant theories of human factors in aviation maintenance,conducts research on typical cases of human error in aviation maintenance through the HFACS-ME model,and deeply analyzes the causes of human error.The analysis shows that the organizational and systemic factors behind the maintenance workers are often the root causes of human error.Corresponding management methods are proposed to provide reference for error pre-vention and control in aviation maintenance work.
