某车型发电机低温下异响的分析及改善优化

随着汽车行业的不断创新发展,新技术不断的应用,乘用车驾乘感受及行驶品质都有了质的提升,消费者开始对乘用车的驾乘舒适性及整体 NVH 性能要求不断提高.发电机作为给车辆提供持续供电及给蓄电池充电的部件,需要与发动机同时工作,发电机的 NVH 直接会影响到客户的感受.发电机作为功率转换器件,NVH 多样化有磁场噪音、机械噪音、风噪等多种噪音,并且影响发电机噪音的零件和各种设计参数涉及面较广,转子、定子、端盖、风扇、轴承、电磁参数等等.本文针对某新车型在低温时出现发电机噪音问题的产生机理及影响因素进行分析,通过对发电机硬件的优化,结合发电机工作过程中的 NVH 噪声测试、主观试驾评审,研究了发电机轴承油脂对噪音的影响.最终通过优化轴承油脂低温粘度的大小,解决发电机低温异响问题.
Analysis and Improvement Optimization of Abnormal Sound of A Certain Car Alternator at Low Temperature
With the continuous innovation of the automobile industry,the application of new technology,the use of passenger car and the quality of the driving,the consumer began to improve the comfort of the passenger car and the o-verall NVH performance requirement.The generator is required to work with the engine at the same time,the generator's NVH directly affects the customer's experience,the generator as the power converter,the power converter,the mag-netic noise,the mechanical noise,the wind noise and so on,the parts that affect the noise of the generator noise are wide,the rotor,the stator,the end cover,the fan,the bearing,the electromagnetic parameters and so on.This paper analyzes the production mechanism and influence factors of generator noise problems in a new car type,and analyzes the influence of the generator bearing oil on noise by the evaluation of the NVH noise test and the subjective test drive in the process of the generator working process.Finally,the abnormal sound of the low temperature of the generator is solved by optimizing the size of the low temperature viscosity of the bearing grease.
