几种柴油机转速测量方法对比与转速适配器的实现

柴油机转速是反应柴油机综合性能最重要的指标之一,转速的波动和平稳则直接反应柴油机的工作质量和状态.本文不仅阐述了五种柴油机转速测量方法:喷油管法、振动法、排烟管法、点烟器法、MEMS 加速度传感器法,而且论述了MEMS加速度传感器法的转速适配器的总体设计和软硬件实现.该研究设计的转速适配器试验结果表明:MEMS加速度传感器法能够准确的测量柴油机转速,与其他转速测量方法相比,测量精确度更高.
Comparison of Several Diesel Engine Speed Measurement Methods and Realization of Speed Adapter
The speed of a diesel engine is one of the most important indicators reflecting the comprehensive performance of the engine,and the fluctuation and stability of the speed directly reflect the working quality and state of the diesel engine.This article not only elaborates on five methods for measuring diesel engine speed:fuel injection pipe method,vibration method,exhaust pipe method,cigarette lighter method,and MEMS acceleration sensor method,but also discusses the overall design and software and hardware implementation of the speed a-dapter for MEMS acceleration sensor method.The experimental results of the speed adapter designed in this study indicate that the MEMS acceleration sensor method can accurately measure the speed of diesel engines,and has higher measurement accuracy compared to other speed measurement methods.
