摘要
2021 年新能源汽车销量 330 万辆,渗透率 14.8%;2022 年,汽车总销量 2686.4 万辆,新能源汽车总销量 688 万辆,同比增长 2.08 倍,渗透率 25.6%.传统汽车厂及造车新势力都加大了在电动汽车领域的投入.在纯电动汽车竞争日益激烈环境下,加快了产品向高续航、高集成、轻量化等方向的发展.对新能源电驱动系统功率密度、高性价比等方面提出更高需求.为顺应行业快速发展趋势,在满足功能与强度要求下,对减速器进行轻量化设计,是产品设计开发需要重点考虑的方面.
Abstract
In 2021,the sales of new energy vehicles reached 3.3 million units,with a penetration rate of 14.8%;In 2022,the total sales of automobiles were 26.864 million,while the total sales of new energy vehicles were 6.88 million,a year-on-year increase of 2.08 times and a penetration rate of 25.6%.Both traditional car manufacturers and new forces in car manufacturing have increased their investment in the field of electric vehi-cles.In the increasingly competitive environment of pure electric vehicles,the development of products towards high range,high integration,and lightweight has been accelerated.Propose higher demands for power density and high cost-effectiveness of new energy electric drive systems.In order to comply with the rapid development trend of the industry and meet the requirements of functionality and strength,lightweight design of reducers is a key aspect that needs to be considered in product design and development.
