随着社会经济的迅速发展,全球多国都围绕智能物流配送开始了技术开发及产品布局,智能化的物流配送形式已经出现,开发一种用于物流配送的智能系统或智能装置非常有必要.运用 TRIZ 理论中 40 个发明原理、39 个工程参数及冲突解决矩阵对智能配送小车的功能进行分析,形成冲突对应的解决方案.结合树莓派小车的控制逻辑,对其总体结构设计、系统模块进行整合优化,使智能配送小车系统能够实现环境信息的感知、自动避障和循迹运行的功能.
Research on Intelligent Delivery Vehicle System Based on TRIZ
With the rapid development of the social economy,many countries around the world have started technological development and product layout around intelligent logistics distribution.Intelligent logistics distri-bution forms have emerged,and it is necessary to develop an intelligent system or device for logistics distribu-tion.Analyze the functions of intelligent delivery vehicles using 40 invention principles,39 engineering parame-ters,and conflict resolution matrices in TRIZ theory,and form corresponding conflict resolution solutions.Com-bining the control logic of the Raspberry Pi Car,the overall structure design and system modules are integrated and optimized to enable the intelligent delivery car system to achieve environmental information perception,auto-matic obstacle avoidance,and track operation functions.
