摘要

科研院所的发展离不开专业人才的支撑,为了更好地满足未来科研院所的发展,需要提前储备数量相当的青年人才,搭建相应的人才梯队.本文以某航空发动机科研院所为例,构建了"百青"人才体系,并对"百青"人才的全生命周期管理进行了探索与实践.

Abstract

The development of scientific research institutions cannot be separated from the support of profes-sional talents.In order to better meet the future development of scientific research institutions,it is necessary to reserve a considerable number of young talents in advance and build corresponding talent echelons.This article takes a certain aviation engine research institute as an example to construct a talent system for young profession-als,and explores and practices the full lifecycle management of young professionals.
