旋挖钻机作为大功率工程机械,能耗比较大,能量利用率不高,各系统间的匹配性不高,是造成能量损失的重要原因,本文从旋挖钻机的工作原理入手,对旋挖钻机动力系统进行了简要分析,从液压系统控制、动力系统控制、整机协调控制三个方向,对当前旋挖钻机多种节能控制技术:混合动力技术、主卷扬下放技术、桅杆/变幅再生技术、动力头多档技术和动力头加压快速上提技术等进行了介绍,希望对提高旋挖钻机的技术水平有所裨益.
Development of Energy-saving Control Technology for Rotary Drilling Rigs
As a high-power engineering machinery,rotary drilling rigs have high energy consumption,low energy utilization rate,and low matching between various systems,which are important reasons for energy loss.This article starts with the working principle of rotary drilling rigs and briefly analyzes the power system of rota-ry drilling rigs,from three directions:hydraulic system control,power system control,and overall coordinated control,This article introduces various energy-saving control technologies for current rotary drilling rigs,inclu-ding hybrid power technology,main winch lowering technology,mast/luffing regeneration technology,power head multi gear technology,and power head pressure fast lifting technology.It is hoped that this will be benefi-cial for improving the technical level of rotary drilling rigs.
