本文介绍了目前道路行业商用车发动机附件系统零部件如发电机、起动机、空调压缩机、转向泵、真空泵等的应用情况.针对目前道路市场环境对发动机附件系统零部件经济性、NVH 性能要求不断提高、工信部四阶段油耗法规要求以及碳排放双积分政策要求,需要不断对发动机附件系统零部件不断升级优化,使之满足目前道路行业附件系统的要求.通过采用带有 OAD皮带的发电机,使发动机前端皮带轮系运行更加平稳,NVH 性能提升;通过采用 P0 端 BSG电机,可实现整车制动能量回收节约能耗,并可以通过带传动直接驱动发动机曲轴,提升整车动力加速性能;通过采用自动启停起动机,在发动机等红绿灯等怠速工况时,通过控制策略控制发动机熄火达到降低油耗的目的;通过采用电子转向、电子真空泵等电气化附件系统零部件,从而降低油耗,降低整车噪音等.通过以上附件系统零部件应用升级优化,可提升发动机经济性、动力性及 NVH性能.

The application of generators in non-road industry is introduced.In view of the complexity of the current market environment and the increasing demand for the performance and reliability of generators,the op-timal design of generators is carried out to meet the requirements of non-road industries for generators.By opti-mizing the internal circuit design of the generator,the connection of customers is more simple and convenient;by optimizing the sealing mode of the sliding ring room of the generator,the generator can adapt to the dust work-ing conditions of non-road industries better;by optimizing the materials of the internal components of the genera-tor regulator,the generator can work more reliably in the sulfur-containing working conditions such as coal mines;by optimizing the sealing mode of the generator sliding ring room The heat dissipation mode of the end cover enables the generator to adapt to the situation that the straw of the harvester industry covers the genera-tor.The optimal design of these four generators can meet the current market application of non-road industry,reduce generator failure rate and improve customer satisfaction.
