本文以柴油机主轴承盖为研究对象,详述了某高速大功率柴油机主轴承盖单配加工方法及具体操作流程,指出该技术在实际生产中所存在的弊端.为解决上述技术问题,提出并介绍了比较测量法,将该技术应用于主轴承盖单配加工过程,设计制造了比较测量装置,并对该装置使用操作方法进行了阐述.通过对比发现,比较测量技术在主轴承盖单配加工中的实际应用,优化了大功率高速柴油机主轴承盖加工工艺,将主轴承盖单配加工效率提高了 1 倍,同时也提高了主轴承盖加工质量.
This paper takes the main bearing cap of diesel engine as the research object,the single matching method and operation flow of the main bearing cap of a high-speed and high-power diesel engine are discussed in detail,and also points out the disadvantages about this technology in actual production.In order to solve the a-bove technical problems,the comparative measurement method is introduced.By applying the comparative meas-urement technology to the single matching machining process of the main bearing cap,the comparative measure-ment device is designed and manufactured,and operation method of the device is described.Through compari-son,it is found that the practical application of the measurement technology has greatly optimized the machining process of the main bearing cap of high-power and high-speed diesel engine and doubled the single matching ma-chining efficiency of the main bearing cap,meanwhile the machining quality has also improved.
