16V240ZJD型柴油机曲轴与主发电机连接,采用黄片式弹性联轴节,曲轴自由端装有簧片硅油减震器.曲轴作为柴油机最关键的运动部件之一,承载着周期性的变化载荷,在复杂的弯曲应力和扭转应力之下,使得曲轴的工作条件格外苛刻.曲轴的各项性能对机车的安全性、密封性、耐久性等方面都会有影响.本文以16V240ZJD型柴油机曲轴为例,在UG|NX10.0 软件中进行曲轴的三维建模,利用HyperMesh分析了单拐曲轴和1/2 曲拐的位移和应力状态,为 16V240ZJD型柴油机曲轴的结构优化设计提供参考依据.
Simulation Analysis Of 16V240ZJD Diesel Engine Crankshaft Based on HyperMesh
The crankshaft of model 16V240ZJD diesel engine is connected with the main generator,and a yellow film elastic coupling is adopted.As one of the most important parts of diesel engine,the crankshaft is loaded periodically with varying loads.The complex bending and torsional stresses make the working conditions of the crankshaft especially harsh.The performance of crankshaft will affect the safety,sealing and durability of locomotive.Taking the crankshaft of model 16V240ZJD diesel engine as an example,the three-dimensional solid model of the crankshaft is built in the software UG|NX10.0,and the displacement and stress state of the single crank and 1/2 crank are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software HyperMesh,it provides a refer-ence for the structural optimization design of 16V240ZJD diesel engine crankshaft.
