基于结构优化方法的某柴油机缸体研究

缸体是发动机中质量最大的部分,在很大程度上影响着发动机的重量,因此,对其减重显得尤为重要.本文以某柴油机缸体为例,提出一种将扑优化方法和形状优化方法相结合的两级优化方法对缸体进行优化,寻找缸体加强筋部位最佳材料分布,去除冗余材料;进行形状优化寻求最合理的加强筋形状.最终优化结果使缸体最大应力降低 10.6%,实现缸体减重 3%,达到了本次优化目的.同时本研究也可为发动机其它零部件结构优化、轻量化提供一定的理论依据.
Research on a Diesel Engine Cylinder Block Based on Structural Optimization Method
Cylinder block is the largest part of the mass of the engine largely affects the weight of the engine,so it is particularly important to reduce its weight.In this paper,a two-stage optimization method,which combines the flapping optimization method and the shape optimization method,is proposed to optimize the cylinder block The most reasonable reinforcement shape is sought by shape optimization.Finally,the maximum stress of cylinder block is reduced by 10.6%and the weight of cylinder block is reduced by 3%.At the same time,this research can also provide some theoretical ba-sis for the structural optimization and lightweight of other engine components.
