Optimization Analysis of Rigidity of Traveling Wheel Train of Straddle Type Monorail Vehicles
In order to improve the curve negotiation performance of straddle type monorail vehicles,a simple analysis was conducted on the structure of the straddle type monorail vehicle.A dynamic simulation model was established using the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK,and sensitivity analysis was conducted on some stiffness parameters using the multi-objective optimization software ISIGHT.The parameters that have a signifi-cant impact on the steering torque and the reduction rate of running wheel weight during vehicle cornering were obtained,And the multi island genetic algorithm was used to optimize and analyze the target parameters.The optimized steering torque decreased by 12.52%compared to before,and the load reduction rate of running wheels decreased by 15.98%compared to before,which to some extent improved the curve negotiation perform-ance of straddle type monorail vehicles.
