超声滚压对45钢抗海水腐蚀性能的影响

为探究 45 钢的新型抗腐蚀方法,运用超声滚压表面强化技术对 45 钢棒料进行强化加工,并通过电化学实验、微观组织观察、表面形貌测试等多种方法进行对比,得出结论,当超声滚压工艺参数选取合适时,超声滚压可以在很大程度上提高 45 钢在海水中的抗腐蚀性能,降低腐蚀速率,为提高在海水中服役零件的抗腐蚀性提出了一种新的思路.
Effect of Ultrasonic Rolling on The Corrosion Resistance of 45 Steel
In order to explore the new anti-corrosion method of 45 steel,the ultrasonic rolling surface strengthening technology was used to strengthen the 45 steel bar material,and compared with various methods such as electrochemical experiments,microstructure observation and surface morphology testing,it was conclu-ded that when the ultrasonic rolling process parameters were selected appropriately,ultrasonic rolling could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of 45 steel in seawater,reduce the corrosion rate,and put forward a new idea for improving the corrosion resistance of parts in service in seawater.
