燃气轮机已广泛用作船舶动力装置,在燃气轮机的研制过程中,建立一个高精度的、并能反映燃气轮机实际性能的数学模型对其研制过程非常重要.为提高燃气轮机仿真模型精度,更好的为性能分析及预测发挥作用,提出了一种基于优化算法的船用燃气轮机稳态仿真模型修正方法,结合燃气轮机试验过程测量参数,可对燃气轮机部件特性及相关参数进行修正,以此获取精确的燃气轮机数学模型.该方法在某型燃气轮机试验过程中进行了应用,功率、燃油流量及排气温度等主要参数与原模型相比,精度大幅提升,且趋势与实际更为一致,工程实际应用效果较好.
Research on Model Updating of Marine Gas Turbine Based on Optimization Algorithm
Gas turbine has been widely used as a marine power plant.In the development process of gas tur-bine,it is very important to establish a high-precision mathematical model that can reflect the actual performance of gas turbine.In order to improve the accuracy of gas turbine simulation model and play a better role in perform-ance analysis and prediction,a method for updating the steady-state simulation model of marine gas turbine based on optimization algorithm is proposed.Combined with the measured parameters in the gas turbine test process,the characteristics of gas turbine components and related parameters can be modified,so as to obtain an accurate mathematical model of gas turbine.This method has been applied in the test of a gas turbine.Compared with the original model,the accuracy of the main parameters such as power,fuel flow and exhaust temperature has been greatly improved,and the trend is more consistent with the reality,and the practical application effect in engi-neering is good.
