一种基于AMESim的压铸机开模定位系统仿真及控制策略研究

本文以压铸机开模定位系统为对象,对一种出口基于开关阀控制的调速系统进行研究,针对系统响应呈现出大惯性特性,且不同位置系统特性存在较大波动,采用常规单段控制会出现定位精度不高的问题,本文对该系统进行了分析并建立了其关键环节的数学模型和 AMESim 仿真模型,提出了基于多段控制的定位控制策略和出口基于溢流阀控制的液压系统,并在压铸机开模定位系统上进行试验验证,仿真和试验结果均表明,改进的控制策略和液压系统较常规单段控制具有良好的动态特性,对负载扰动表现出更强的适应性和鲁棒性,同时也证明了仿真的有效性,为同类系统的控制器设计提供参考.
Research on Simulation and Control Strategy of Die-casting Machine Mold Opening Positioning System Based on AMESim
The die-casting positioning system is actually a control system based on meter-out switch valve.Due to the large inertia characteristic and the fluctuations in at different positions of.the system,The accuracy of the position would be low based on the conventional single-stage control.The mathematical model and AMES-im simulation model was estabilished.In view of the problem,a positioning control method based on multi-stage control method and a hydraulic system based on meter-out relief valve were designed.and tests it on the die-cast-ing machine's positioning system.Simulation results proved that comparing with the conventional single-stage control,the multi-stage control method based on meter-out relief valve has better dynamic performance.
