经济型数控车床动力系统部分设计与研究

数控机床及由数控机床组成的柔性化制造系统是改造传统机械加工装备产业、构建数字化企业的重要基础.随着先进制造业的发展,对数控机床的设计,特别是经济型数控机床的设计已经成为迫切而艰巨的任务.本文通过对同类型车床的分析,提出了Ø360 经济型数控车床动力系统部分的技术方案,提出一种新的方案,其传动过程更稳定,结构也相对比较简单.
Design and Research of Power System Part of Economical NC Lathe
CNC machine tools and flexible manufacturing systems composed of CNC machine tools are an important foundation for transforming traditional machining equipment industries and building digital enterprises.With the develop-ment of advanced manufacturing industry,the design of CNC machine tools,especially the design of economical CNC ma-chine tools has become an urgent and arduous task before us.Based on the analysis of the same type of lathe,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of the power system of Ø360 economical CNC lathe.According to the characteristics of the economical CNC machine tool,the design of the power system part is carried out,including the calculation and verifi-cation of important components such as belt transmission,calculation of rotational speed,gear modulus,and shaft size.
