摘要

在城市轨道交通车辆运营中,电气控制系统是城轨车辆的核心关键系统,它关系到车辆的运行和停止.基于城轨车辆电气故障测试平台,本文给出了司机室占有继电器、=22-K151 继电器、所有制动缓解、车门关好继电器、BHB异常断开 5 种类型故障发生时的现象,并对相应故障进行了分析,实现了对列车电气控制系统接口、逻辑分析、故障排除等方面的验证.

Abstract

In the operation of urban rail transit vehicles,the electrical control system is the core and key system of urban rail transit vehicles,which is related to the operation and stopping of vehicles.Based on the urban rail vehicle elec-trical fault testing platform,this article presents the phenomenon of five types of faults occurring:cab occupancy relay,22-K151 relay,brake release relay,door closed relay,and BHB abnormal disconnection.The corresponding faults are analyzed and verified in terms of train electrical control system interface,logic analysis,and elimination.
