新型快速存取节能型汽车停车装置设计

为了解决汽车数量快速增长而产生的停车位不足问题,设计了一种新型快速存取节能型汽车停车装置.该装置设计主要包括以下六个部分:驱动部分设计、传动部分设计、差速收/放绳部分设计、存取车部分设计、气动部分和控制部分设计.然后根据各部分设计,制作缩小版的停车装置实物模型,最后对实物模型进行功能验证.功能验证结果表明:该停车装置可以完成汽车的自动存取和多层存放任务.差速收/放绳部分能够保持汽车停车板工作时的水平稳定.存取车部分可以实现每层汽车的独立存取.该装置具有占地面积小,可独立存取车辆,空间利用率高等优点,为解决停车难问题提供了新方案.
Design of A New Type of Fast Access Energy-saving Car Parking Device
In order to solve the problem of insufficient parking spaces caused by the rapid growth of the num-ber of cars,a new type of fast access and energy-saving car parking device has been designed.The design of the device mainly includes the following six parts:drive part design,transmission part design,differential rope col-lection/release part design,vehicle access part design,pneumatic part and control part design.Then,based on the design of each part,create a scaled down physical model of the parking device,and finally perform functional verification on the physical model.The functional verification results indicate that the parking device can com-plete the automatic access and multi-layer storage tasks of the car.The differential rope retraction/retraction sec-tion can maintain the horizontal stability of the car's parking pad during operation.The car access section can a-chieve independent access for each layer of cars.This device has the advantages of small footprint,independent access to vehicles,and high space utilization,providing a new solution for solving the problem of parking diffi-culties.
