在检修过程中发现某SUS304 不锈钢焊接设备底板焊接结构处出现贯穿性裂纹,通过分析裂纹所在位置的结构、应力状态、焊接形式以及气动载荷等因素,利用仿真分析及实物确认的方法,得出了裂纹产生的原因,并根据裂纹产生的原因对该设备结构进行了修改,通过仿真和试验验证了整治方案的可行性,为后续结构设计提供指导.
Analysis and Repair of Welding Structure Crack in Bottom Plate of a Stainless Steel Equipment
In the process of maintenance,a SUS304 stainless steel welding equipment was found to have a penetrable crack at the welding structure of the bottom plate.Through analyzing the structure,stress state,welding form and pneumatic load and other factors at the crack location,the cause of the crack was obtained by using simulation analysis and physical confirmation method,and the structure of the equipment was modified ac-cording to the cause of the crack.The feasibility of the remediation scheme is verified by simulation and test,which provides guidance for the subsequent structural design.
