The air traffic control station provides radar,navigation,communication and other important data information for civil aviation traffic control,usually equipped with a diesel generator as an emergency power sup-ply guarantee,carry out daily inspection and maintenance test machine.Since the exhaust temperature of the diesel generator set is closely related to its performance,in order to further study the exhaust temperature of diesel generator sets under different load conditions,optimize operation and maintenance strategy,improve three-way catalytic converter and DPF efficiency,reduce carbon build-up in exhaust pipes,improve the quality of operation assurance.In this paper,the infrared temperature measurement of the exhaust system of the diesel generator set under different loads is carried out,analysis of exhaust gas temperature of diesel generator set with different loads applied,optimized the daily maintenance test plan of diesel generator set.
