大功率内燃机低合金高强度结构钢车底架焊接裂纹控制研究

为研究大功率内燃机车底架焊接裂纹的控制方法,以 Q460 E 材质车底架为研究对象,对一种常用药芯焊丝频发结晶裂纹的主要原因进行分析,借助实心焊丝 ER50-6 作为打底对这种常用药芯焊丝的焊接工艺进行改良.结果表明:常用药芯焊丝中Ni含量的高低可以直接影响焊道裂纹出现的频率,加入实心焊丝 ER50-6 作为打底并采用不同工艺优化后,焊接表面裂纹率可以由 37.7%降低为 5.1%.
Research on Welding Crack Control of Low Alloy High Strength Structural Steel Underframe for High Power Internal Combustion Engine
In order to study the welding crack control method of high power diesel engine underframe,the main reason of frequent crystallization crack of a common drug cored wire was analyzed with Q460 E as the re-search object,and the welding process of this common drug cored wire was improved by using solid wire ER50-6 as the base.The results show that the frequency of weld cracks can be directly affected by Ni content in common drug cored wire.The weld surface crack rate can be reduced from 37.7%to 5.1%by adding solid wire ER50-6 as the base and adopting different process optimization.
