安全制动是大型养路机械制动系统的常用设计,安全制动设置的初衷是防止车辆运行过程中,整机突然失电,为解决大型养路机械不能安全停车的问题来设计的.后来也用作联锁车辆走行信号、双端切换时有效停车以及增加停车制动压力等.在调试运用偶尔出现无动力挂运时,切除安全制动后会出现制动压力累积和缓解作用不彻底的故障.针对该问题,本文从气动元器件的原理出发,结合实际使用中的工况,分析问题出现的原因.然后对比国内外研究方法,提出针对性的解决方案,并运用和实施.文章旨在通过探究大型养路机械安全制动的使用问题,优化设计方法,提高设计能力.
Discussion on Safety-brake Issues of Large Maintenance Machinery
Safety-brake is the common design in Large maintenance machinery industry.The purpose of the design is to prevent losing brake in case of sudden losing power in runtime.Safety brake is used to unlock the traveling signal and switch operation before running.While the function of increasing parking pressure is applied when the train parked.However the phenomenon of brake pressure accumulation and incomplete brake relief oc-curs occasionally after cutting off the safety-brake during unpowered traction.In response to this issue,this the-sis proceeds from the principle of pneumatic components to analyze the causes of the problem based on actual op-erating conditions.The targeted solutions are put forward and put into effected from the comparison between do-mestic and foreign design.The objective of the thesis is to explore the use of safety brake in large maintenance machinery and optimize design methods to improve design capabilities.
