发动机缸体CMM精密测量的温度影响研究

缸体是发动机的核心零件之一,制造过程及产品的尺寸质量控制是重点工作。缸体尺寸精度要求高,需使用三坐标精密测量设备,温度是影响精密测量的重要因素,本文从两方面研究其具体影响:第一,高精度三坐标校准和日常标定对温度的敏感性高,温度波动直接影响标定数据,从而进一步影响工件测量结果,通过设计实验研究其具体影响;第二,充分的恒温过程是实现精密测量的前提,缸体加工过程中会安装托盘,不同材料的恒温特异性差异导致恒温过程复杂,研究如何提高恒温效率并保证结果准确,对实际生产具有重要意义。
Research on Temperature Effect of CMM Precision Measurement on Engine Cylinder Block
Cylinder block(CB)is one of the core parts of engine,its manufacturing process and product di-mension quality control are key tasks in industry.Dimension accuracy of CB is very high,and dimension assur-ance need high accurate CMM machine.Temperature is an important factor affecting precision,this paper will study its specific impact from following two aspects:Firstly,the calibration of high-precision CMM and daily calibration are highly sensitive to temperature,and temperature fluctuations will directly affect the calibration data,thus further affecting the work-piece measurement results.This paper will study its specific impact through designed experiments.Secondly,the sufficient constant temperature process of the work-piece is an im-portant prerequisite for achieving precision result.Especially for cylinder block,adapter will be assemble during machining process.The constant temperature process is complicated due to the difference in the specificity of the constant temperature of different materials.Studying how to improve the constant temperature efficiency and en-sure the accuracy of the results is of great significance to the production.
