Research on Oil Performance Changes of a Certain CK-4 Engine Based on Typical Road Operating Conditions
This study presents a lubricating oil quality real-time monitoring method based on actual road tes-ting.By utilizing techniques such as the dielectric constant,infrared light,and spot characteristics of lubricating oil,the changes in engine oil performance under different operating times and distances are investigated.The degradation patterns of lubricating oil quality are identified accordingly.This research is significant for gaining deeper insights into the performance changes of lubricating oil during usage.It provides an effective means to timely identify and address lubricating oil issues,thereby extending equipment lifespan,improving work efficien-cy,and reducing maintenance costs.The feasibility of this method has been validated,and it holds promising po-tential for broad application in industrial sectors,offering a scientific basis for lubricating oil management and maintenance.Future studies will focus on optimizing monitoring techniques and expanding the applicability range to enhance the accuracy and practicality of lubricating oil quality monitoring.
