MCD-based Motion Simulation Study of Multi-station Production Line
Siemens NX MCD(Mechatronics Concept Design)simulation software provides a solution,in or-der to demonstrate the working and debugging process of multi-station production line,and solve the problems of expensive price,frequent safety accidents and high equipment failure rate now faced in the course of practical training and teaching.As for the workpiece processing line for a specific workpiece,multiple workstations are u-tilized to collaboratively complete the automatic picking,visual inspection,sorting,CNC machining,automatic grinding,and automatic storage of the workpiece.With the help of this technology,students can gain thorough knowledge and abilities in a variety of fields,such as electromechanics,electric automation,and industrial robot-ics.
