基于截尾均值算法的箱体尺寸动态检测系统研究

在生产流水线上,一般采用测量光幕传感器对产品的尺寸进行检测.本文对测量光幕的工作方式和分析方式进行了比较选择,最终采用了直线扫描、光线阻挡的工作模式.针对箱体尺寸检测过程中干扰较多、数据信号波动较大的情况,提出了一种以箱形图检出离群值为核心的截尾均值尺寸估计算法.在传送速度为 1.0m/s时,尺寸检测的平均误差率在0.30%左右,可准确实现箱体识别,获知被测产品种类.
Research on Dynamic Detection System of Box Size Based on Truncated Mean Algorithm
On the production line,measuring light curtain sensors are generally used to detect the size of products.This article compares and selects the working and analysis methods for measuring light curtains,and ultimately adopts the working mode of linear scanning and light blocking.A truncated mean size estimation algo-rithm based on box graph detection of outliers is proposed to address the situation of significant interference and data signal fluctuations in the process of box size detection.When the transmission speed is 1.0m/s,the average error rate of size detection is about 0.30%,which can accurately achieve box identification and determine the type of product being tested.
