Study on Surface Flow Field Characteristics of Drying Oven Electrode
The uniformity of the flow field on the electrode surface is an important factor affecting the production quality of the electrode of lithium battery.In order to improve the production efficiency of lithium battery electrode,the flow field on the surface of the electrode was studied by the numerical simulation software.By extracting the velocity dis-tribution of the flow field on the surface of the electrode,the uniformity of the flow field distribution on the surface of the electrode is analyzed quantitatively.In view of the uneven distribution of wind velocity on the surface of the electrode,the air knife of the drying oven was optimized,which is the basis for the next further optimization of the structure of the ov-en.The results show that the uniformity of the flow field on the electrode surface is improved by the optimized wind knife,and the insufficient drying and over-drying on both sides are prevented.
