本文介绍了缸压实时监测系统在多点电喷气体发动机上的应用,采用该系统采集的发动机缸内实时燃烧信息(如,最大爆发压力、平均有效压力等)实时闭环修正发动机各缸点火正时、喷射持续期等参数,优化各缸燃烧性能,提高各缸工作均匀性.并与采用排温对各缸喷射持续期在线实时调整和采用爆震系统对各缸点火正时进行在线实时调整的数据进行对比.结果表明,缸压实时监测系统的应用对发动机各缸性能的提升和各缸均匀性的优化效果更佳.
Application of Real-time Monitoring of Cylinder Pressure in Multi-point Electronic Fuel Injection Gas Engines
This paper introduces the application of real-time monitoring system for cylinder pressure in multi-point electronic fuel injection gas engines.The combustion information(maximum burst pressure,average effec-tive pressure,etc.)of each cylinder collected by the system is used for online real-time closed-loop correction of parameters such as ignition timing and injection duration for each cylinder to optimize the combustion perform-ance and improve the working uniformity of each cylinder.And compare the data with real-time adjustment of in-jection duration and ignition timing according to exhaust temperature and detonation.The results indicate that the application of the real-time monitoring system for cylinder pressure has a better effect on improving the per-formance and optimizing the uniformity of each cylinder.
